Helidirect’s service and CS is great. I ordered a second set of Pulse batteries for my turbine jets.
Im sure the battery would be great. Except its been over a month since Ive purchased it and still haven't received it. Helidirect customer service is non-existent. No help in locating the package and same from usps, even with the shipping insurance. I will not be returning for purchasing!
I find these to be the perfect battery for my airplanes. Small in size and large in power. I would recommend these as they hold up to a lot of use with no issues.
